Create Flow Bot

How to quickly create and configure a Flow bot.

Create

Go to [Flow Bot], click [Create], fill in the Bot name, and you can complete the creation.

Edit

The successfully created Bot will be displayed in the list. Click the "Edit" button to access the advanced settings page for this Flow Bot.

Once in the Bot settings, click on "Flow Rules" to enter the workflow working state and build the flow bot workflow. For detailed instructions, please refer to the link below.

Arrange Flow

Knowledge

Clicking on "Knowledge - Documents" allows you to upload and manage knowledge base data for this Bot.

Integration

Clicking on "Widget Embedding" and "Bot API" takes you to the respective configuration pages for these features, which function similarly to a regular Bot. For more information on these features, please visit the link below.
