Chat Records

In the "Chat Records" module, you can actively search for user chat records generated through modes such as "Shared Bot, Embedded Widgets, API," and others. However, the current functionality does not support displaying user chat records in modes like "Bot Debugging, Conversation Training, Space Bots."


When viewing chat records, you can directly correct knowledge information and train it into Bot knowledge.

Click [Modify] to start adjusting the content of the question and answer.

Answers to user questions and Bot replies will be automatically filled in the text box. You can edit it and train it in the Bot knowledge base in the format of "Q&A".

You can choose to train in an existing "Q&A" knowledge file, or create a new "Q&A" knowledge file to store the knowledge of this training.
