Conversation Training

You can train the bot in real-time by correcting the conversation as you chat in [Conversation Training].

Click [Training] to start adjusting the content of the question and answer.

Answers to user questions and Bot replies will be automatically filled in the text box. You can edit it and train it in the Bot knowledge base in the format of "Q&A".

You can choose to train in an existing "Q&A" knowledge file, or create a new "Q&A" knowledge file to store the knowledge of this training.
